I had the extensive test for Glaucoma this afternoon and although there are certain issues that need to be watched that may possibly be a precursor to Glaucoma, I do not presently have it. Who knows, maybe by the time I would get it, I'll already be dead, especially considering the political state of the world. So there's no need to get out the razor blades tonight.

I hid those razor blades, and anyway we need them to clean the newt aquarium. It would be wasteful to use them on wrists when we need them to scrape off the blue green alga off the glass.
I'm very happy that your eyes are still healthy and hope they stay that way for a very long time.
That's good news. But that your sight is so bad, it must have a reason. Will they not try to figure it out?
My sight is bad because I'm nearsighted with severe astigmatism and I also have incresasing presbyopia(that's farsightedness). That's what happens when you get middle aged, you can be nearsighted and farsighted at the same time, but unfortunately one doesn't cancel out the other, it just makes seeing very difficult.
