Like a DREAM
I dreamt I was wearing a bunch of clothes that I found in my closet...old slips, old lace things. It was sort of mis-matched undergarment chic circa '80s Madonna. I have no idea why I was dressing like that, but I did look sort of good, and I was a lot thinner. My hair was shorter and puffier, like I had it in the 80s. But when I was walking by some people, some of the stuff on my arm (a sleeve? bangles? jewelry? a scarf?) fell off onto the floor, and people were staring. I was quite embarrassed.

That is so strange, because I've been thinking a lot about the good ol' '80's ever since I watched Pretty in Pink the other night!

I watched "Back to the Future III (or was it II...the one where they go back to 1885 and Marty calls himself Clint Eastwood)" last night. Heh. :-D
I miss the 80s, I really do. I miss the cold war era.
I can't believe I said that.

Makes me feel like I was a teenager in the wrong decade. All I remember the 80s for is She-Ra and Thundercats. And what was cool about the 90s? A big fat nothing.

Actually, maybe in another 20 years or so, Amber, you'll actually MISS the 90s. When I was a teenager in the 70s I thought the 60s was totally cool, but I HATED the 70s. Now I'm quite nostalgic about the 70s. See, there's parts of decades that you don't see when you're in them. It's only when you get away from them for many years, do you see parts you missed. I know it's that way for me anyway.
