DREAM - Portrait of the Dreamer as a Young Art Student

It's unfortunate that I can't remember more of this dream because I think I was having a lot of fun. I remember something about being in my parent's front yard, Stan was there too, but I just forgot. I also remember something about being out of town from Madison and being in a motel in some small Wisconsin town, but again, I forgot a lot of it. The part I do remember a bit more of was I was with Lamya and another woman who I think was Susan Schauer, but I can't remember exactly. It was like 1983...we were all still young/early 20s. We were running around on a playground and doing fake pirhouettes as if we were ice skaters. I was the life of the party and talking about things like immitation fabrics and what people from the past would think if they got in a time machine and found polyester and nylon. It was like I was drunk and being witty, but I can't remember the exact witticisms...you know how that is in a dream, and if you actually could remember precisely what was said, it wouldn't be all that funny anyway, but it was in my sleeping state. I was also talking about some artist or musician or someone who was associated with Warhol. I specifically mentioned 'they were one of those Factory people...' and the persons I was with, Lamya and ?Susan? didn't know what I meant by Factory, and I thought this odd for art students.
