All Things Considered...

Jello Biafra is a very good guess when you look at all the facts presented. However:

a) I have no idea when his birthday is (not that you would know that, as you probably think I know the birthday of every rock musician ever born)
b) I would suspect he's a lot taller than 5'6", but I don't know
c) I always thought he was rather good looking, definitely not ugly.
