Now *that's* funny.

Ha ha ha ha, that definitively is a very good laugh:D
Well, since the result of this election that you soon have, will have wide consequences for the whole world (and maybe especially this time)...., I think this is very, very thrilling!! In my country it is only 7 percent that supports your ruling president. (We others have written a letter to your president which actually is printed in today`s Washington Post, but I guess it probably will not help so much..:)

On the evening or night of Wednesday October 27 (in Europe during the nearly morning hours of Thursday Oct. 28), dependent on the time zones, the last totally eclipsed Lunar of 2004, will occur.., and it will be visible from most of the earth.... During such an eclipse the Moon`s disk can take on a dramatically colorful appearance from bright orange to blood red to dark brown to (rarely) very dark grey. What you`re actually seeing is every sunrise and every sunset on the whole Earth -- all at once....... It is one av the greatest natural phenomenon we have and it can be so impressive and perfect, so very, very beautiful.
This experience can be done with the naked eye and it`s free of charge, so it respects all humans on the earth equally...!! Just step outside and see for your self:)

Please be aware: .."While you`re staring at the sky and see this sensational and magnificent, you might hear footsteps among the trees, the twang of a bow, a desperate scurry to shelter. That`s just your imagination..."

(if you want me to give you the NASA-links, just send me a mail:)

Well, Hildur, I did see the very beginning and the very end of the eclipse, but didn't have time to watch it as Stan and I were going to dinner with a friend we hadn't seen in a year.

Not really sure what this has to do with this "Bush Notes" post, though.

----------

And yeah, I just love it when someone googles up my site on a post I did a YEAR ago and then comments to a CURRENT entry that is not related to the post they googled.

My amazing powers of observation were able to locate the original post they googled. Ever think there's a reason I don't allow comments on OLD posts? The conversation is dropped. It's like going to a party at some people's house you were at a year ago and bringing up a conversation on lawnmowers that you had back then, when instead they're currently discussing fly fishing. Although, it's not porn spam so I think I'll leave it for its amusement value.

There's a reason I'm a Lennon fan instead.

Let me be clear on this, the LAST part of my most recent comment above, the part below the little ------- dividing line is in response to the Paul McCartney post in ALL CAPS, i.e., the 2nd comment under this post.

Perhaps the person leaving the Paul comment discovered that they could not leave it in an older part of my journal and instead chose to leave it here. But there is a reason I don't have old topics open.

The part ABOVE the ------- dividing line was in regard to the eclipse post. The reason I used the ------ was to separate the two.
