Creepy Dream
Stan and I were sitting outside some house, similar to the one on Peterson Street in Fort Collins. It's hard to explain, but somehow we had possession of this house, I don't know if we owned it or were just renting. Someone emerged from the distance; I had a hard time seeing because it was night. I then realized it was someone from our past, r. He seemed glad to see us, but I was leery of seeing him. He had a large dog with him, as well as a somewhat tall woman dressed in an old fashioned cape that was drawn at the neck with a bow. Her attire was pink, black, grey and white. She looked rather officious and non-descript, not really the kind of woman r went for. He then introduced her as his nurse. It was then that Stan and I were a little freaked out by his presence because he had to be chaparoned by a medical person. I don't know why Stan at some point left me alone with him, but he did. I then realized r was drunk and acting belligerant, then he started making a pass at me, grabbing me, as if he was going to rape me. Fortunately he was so drunk he couldn't stand his own and I wriggled free from his paws. Then I was standing in the living room of the house--it's still nighttime--and a bunch of well-dressed people are walking in, as if it were an open house. Someone had a couple large dogs; one was all black and had the face of a Pug, but with upward pointing ears. It was a strange mutt, and even though it was large in stature, the head was still Pug-sized so it was a bit disturbing to look at. Nonetheless I told them they had a cute dog. Then some snippy woman pointed to the floor where the dogs were and said that the dogs had made a mess. It didn't look like dog poop, but rather just biscuit chunks. I was very mad that these people were in my house, some of them were talking like they wanted to rent it, even though I was living there! I was afraid I would be evicted, that somehow my lease wasn't legitimate. It was not a good dream.

These people remind me of some land lords we've known.
