Sad

New SQUARE jPEG, Leann! She also has a page just for Wisconsin Blogs. That's been something I've been wanting to do for a long time, so I'm glad someone did because I know I'd never have gotten around to it!

I feel depressed. I don't know why. I feel that way frequently lately. Maybe it's because the Olympics are ending; you know how you settle into a comfortable routine and don't want to see it change? It's been that way with me lately watching the Olympics every night, and day, too, as I've been working on my metal/polymer tiles. Maybe because it's because my coleus plants, the ones I grew from clippings from our garden in the summer, are dying. Maybe because it's because I didn't eat any chocolate yesterday. Maybe it's just because.

I know the 'oh no! the Olympics are ending!" feeling... It's like a form of withdrawl. No longer will my evenings be spent in front of the tv cheering relatively unknown athletes. What did I do with myself only 2 weeks ago?

You women and your addiction to sit on the couch and watch sports! ;o) Hey, what is your favorite to watch olympic winter sport?

Sorry you're feeling down. ((((Ann)))) :* :* :* :* (That would be 4 hugs and 4 kisses)

Yeah, now it's back to HGTV and mystery meat programs. :-/

Curling, the butt of every late night TV talk show joke, is my favorite Olympic winter sport to watch, and Stan said that when we meet again in another life, we can take Curling together as our Phys Ed requirement in college. You don't believe me, do you? It's true! I know, I'm not normal. I'm fascinated by its precision. And hey, its played with stones, and I like rocks.

We won that, the Curling, but I still think it's boring. I like iceskating or dancing or what the hell it's called ;o) And Slalom and Super-G of course as I have been into that myself.

Great Britain won the gold in Curling. And it's not boring...it's exacting. ;-) I like IceSkating and IceDancing too. But there's something about Curling that fascinates me.

Of course this is all from a spectator's point of view...I am about as unathletic as they come.

Yes, for women. Norway won the gold in Curling for men.
And the doped german fuck that was skiing for Spain took two gold medals from us!! :-o
